This traditional 16th-century pub with rooms is a 3-minute stroll from Romsey Abbey, an imposing church which dates back to the 900s, and half a mile from Romsey train station.
The four casual rooms have shared or en suite bathrooms, and come equipped with free WiFi, flatscreen TVs and tea and coffeemaking facilities.
Full English breakfast is provided in the pub. The bar features oak-beamed ceilings and original period furnishings, and serves real ales and classic pub grub.
