It may be winter, but there's still plenty to do in and around Romsey!

There are interesting places to visit, shows to watch and activities to take part in all through February and March.

The Plaza Theatre have a jam packed programme over the next couple of months. Enjoy one of the best loved UK ABBA tribute bands 'Gimme ABBA', celebrating their 20th year of performing, or take part in the spooky Romsey Ghost Walk. The Plaza will also be hosting a sensory experience for people living with Dementia, a play about war time friendship with Goodnight Mr Tom and musical classic, Grease.

We're already heading towards the first half term of the year in February - Hillier Gardens and Mottisfont are hosting a range of activities from climbing trees and family archaeology, to exploring trails and wild play areas.

Hampshire Farmers Markets are held monthly in Romsey, with the next market taking place on Sunday 3 March. Showcasing Hampshire produce, you can buy locally sourced goods from bread to beer and gin to game. Hot food is also available from local sellers.

Local events in Romsey include a talk from Hampshire's award winning adventurer John Pilkington, and a local produce dinner with Great British Menu winner and executive chef, James Durrant.

There really is something for everyone, visit our What's On pages for more events and information.

You can also pop in to the Visitor Information Centre in Romsey, for inspiration on what to do while you're in town and you can pick up tickets for many of the events taking place.

See you soon!
