Stonehenge will reopen on 4 July. You now need to book your timed tickets in advance (please remember your confirmation number). Limits on visitor numbers have been introduced to keep visitors safe. If you’re a Member or Local Resident Pass holder, your ticket will be free, but you still need to book in advance.
Explore the ancient landscape and our Neolithic ancestors at Stonehenge. The result of several periods of construction, the site has withstood 4,000 years of destruction and decay.
The visitor centre is home to 250 ancient tools and objects used in everyday life, and you can learn more about one of the most famous prehistoric moments from its origins to the present day.
As entrance to Stonehenge is now managed through timed tickets, visitors are advised to pre-book to guarantee entry on the date and time of choice.
