Marwell Zoo is set in 140 acres of parkland with hundreds of animals including giraffes, tigers and penguins. A train will take you on a tour round the park and you can visit one of the five adventure playgrounds.
The tropical house brings you up close to wildlife and exotic plants, the Lemur Loop walkthrough exhibit is home to four different types of lemur, and Wild Explorers gives visitors an experience of the African wilderness.
There are daily talks and animal feeds to take part in, with events throughout the year such as visits from childrens' CBBC favourites, and Halloween and Christmas fun.
Try out the tasty menu at Cafe Graze (which also offers a take away service), or you can picnic at one of the two sheltered areas or one of the picnic spots around the park.
