Every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
Romsey has been hosting markets since King Henry I (1100 to 1135) granted a charter, allowing a market to be held every Sunday in the town.
General Markets are now operating Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and are open from 8.30am to 2pm (slightly shorter hours than normal). To enable social distancing, the Cornmarket and Market Place are in use. On Saturdays Hampshire Cycles have a cycle repair hub by Caffe Nero’s where you can leave your bike for service or repairs whilst you shop.
